FIRST HERITAGE MORTGAGE EXPANDS EXECUTIVE TEAM, APPOINTS CHIP BEVERIDGE SVP, SOUTHEAST REGIONAL MANAGER

FAIRFAX, Va. (January 23, 2020) – First Heritage Mortgage, LLC (FHM) today announced the appointment of Chip Beveridge to the role of Senior Vice President, Southeast Regional Manager.

With extensive experience spanning more than three decades, Beveridge brings valuable leadership to FHM’s executive team during a period of rapid expansion. In his role, Beveridge will be responsible for driving the sales and business development strategies for FHM, concentrating on the expansion of business in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and beyond as the company continues to grow.

Prior to joining FHM, Beveridge acted as Regional Manager, Mid-Atlantic Region for U.S. Bank. Before joining U.S. Bank, Beveridge was an Area Sales Manager with EverBank, and Branch Manager at MetLife Home Loans prior to that. Beveridge held successive Vice President positions at Bank of America/Countrywide. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in Economics and Marketing from the Robins School of Business at University of Richmond.

Beveridge currently sits on the board of the Virginia Mortgage Bankers Association (VMBA), serving as Immediate Past President, and has served on many boards with the Mortgage Bankers Association of Metropolitan Washington (MBA/MW).
